These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.qiluz.com (the “Site”), operated by Shenzhen Bangdao Technology Co., Ltd., trading as QILUZ 启光 (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website and placing an order. By browsing the Site, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Limited Warranty Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use this website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this Site. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You represent and warrant that all information you submit to us is true, accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

You may create a customer account on our Site to track orders, save shipping details and view purchase history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we detect fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms or other unlawful activity.

3. Product Information, Pricing & Availability

We sell action cameras, waterproof housings, batteries, mounts and other related accessories. We strive to display accurate product photos, descriptions, specifications and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images or other content are completely error‑free. Colours may vary slightly due to different screen displays. All prices shown on the Site are in the currency selected on the page, excluding shipping fees, import duties, VAT, customs taxes or other local charges, which may be payable by you upon delivery. We reserve the right to modify product prices, correct pricing errors, update specifications, discontinue products or limit stock availability without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we have the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

4. Order Acceptance & Payment

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock shortage, delivery destination restrictions, suspected fraudulent payment, or export control restrictions. Payment must be completed at checkout via our authorized payment providers, Stripe or PayPal. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Title and risk of loss for the products pass to you once the carrier successfully takes possession of the parcel.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

We will ship goods to the shipping address you provide during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect address. Delivery times provided on the Site are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs inspection, holidays or force majeure events. You are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, local sales tax and brokerage charges imposed by your country’s customs authority. We cannot predict or control customs clearance outcomes. Some jurisdictions may restrict the import of certain electronic products, and you are responsible for checking local import rules before ordering.

6. Return, Refund and Warranty

All returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. Manufacturing defect support is governed by our separate Limited Warranty Policy. These policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on www.qiluz.com, including text, logos, brand name QILUZ 启光, product photos, videos, graphics, UI design, firmware, software and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Shenzhen Bangdao Technology Co., Ltd. or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, scrape or commercially use any of our intellectual property without our prior written permission. You may not use the QILUZ name, logo or trademarks in any advertising, social media or third‑party listing without written approval.

8. User Submissions & Reviews

If you submit product reviews, photos, feedback or other content to us, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, edit, publish and display that content for marketing purposes related to QILUZ products. You warrant that any content you submit does not infringe third‑party copyright, trademark, privacy rights or contain unlawful, offensive, threatening or misleading material. We reserve the right to remove any user‑submitted content at our sole discretion.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to hack, bypass security, overload, disrupt or perform denial‑of‑service attacks against our website
  • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers or automated tools to access the Site without our written permission
  • Resell our products in bulk without our official distribution authorization
  • Violate any applicable export control and sanction laws when purchasing or exporting our goods

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Shenzhen Bangdao Technology Co., Ltd. AND QILUZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF FOOTAGE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR TRAVEL EXPENSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR PRODUCTS. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your order or use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you locally.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, sanctions, port closures, carrier strikes, government restrictions, supply chain breakdown, cyberattacks and other force majeure events. In such cases, we may delay shipment or cancel the order and refund you in full.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict‑of‑law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to your use of this Site or your purchase shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. This clause does not override mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you in your resident country.

13. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once published on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Material changes will be posted on the Site. Your continued use of the website after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders placed before the effective update date.

14. Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
